10:50 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)
12:15 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 35 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)
Meal 2 – 12:55 pm (cheat meal)
- Sushi (lots of rolls, various rolls, a nice assortment of rolls, good tasty rolls)
- 1 gym cookie
Meal 3 – 4:20 pm
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- 24 g Magnum Quattro
- ½ banana
- 175 g natural plain low fat yogurt
Meal 4 – 7:04 pm
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- 6 oz egg white
- ½ banana

Meal 5 – 9:45 pm
- 7 oz chicken breast
- 4 slices of Squirelly bread
- 1 Tomato
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 small apple
