High Carbohydrate Day – Trained Legs

Meal 1 – 8:30 am

  • 5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 1 banana
  • 175 g plain low fat yogurt
  • 5 g Magnum G
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


10:30 am – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C capsules)

11:15 am – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

12:55 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 38 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 – 2:00 pm (cheat meal)

  • 2 chicken & rice wraps from the gym
  • 1 gym cookie

Meal 3 – 4:00 pm

  • 1 green apple
  • 175g of natural plain yogurt
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro
  • 3.4 oz oatmeal

Meal 4 – 7:00 pm (another cheat meal – dinner at friend’s house)

  • Mashed Potato
  • Chicken
  • Vegetables
  • Homemade Cake

Meal 5 – 10:00 pm

  • 3.4 oz oatmeal
  • 1 Banana
  • 10 oz egg white

Meal 6 – 12:30 am

  • 2.2 oz oatmeal
  • ½ green apple
  • 35 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
