- ½ apple
Meal 3 – 2:00 pm
- 4 oz oatmeal
- 10 oz egg white
- ½ green apple
3:15 pm – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)
4:00 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)
5:15 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)
Meal 4 – 5:50 pm

- 39 g Magnum Protein powder
- 5g Magnum G
Meal 6 – 10:55 pm
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- ½ green apple

- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
