Medium Carbohydrate Day – I trained chest, front & side delts. I was suppose to have a High Carbohydrate day today but I have not been feeling as “receptive†as normal to carbohydrates – I believe this is due to over-eating (I’ve been stuffing myself on High Carbohydrate days as of recently). So, as it stands, I’m probably going to resort to just 1 high day per week for now.

- 4 oz coffee
- 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
- 8 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder
7:10 am – Rode the bike for 30 mins (performed four 1-minute high intensity intervals for a change rather then performing my usual steady state aerobic activity – not to mention that I was in a rush to get to an appointment).
