7:20 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

- 8 oz of egg white
- ½ banana
- 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 2 – 11:50 am
- 10 oz chicken breast
- 4 oz potato
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 3 – 2:30 pm
- 2 whole eggs
- 10 oz egg whites
- 1.2 oz oatmeal
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 4 – 5:00 pm
- 10 oz extra lean ground beef
- ¼ onion
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 5 – 7:30 pm
- 50 g Magnum Quattro
- 1 whole egg
- 10 almonds
- ½ stalk broccoli
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 6 – 10:07 pm
- 100 g dry cottage cheese
- 6.7 oz chicken breast
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
