Medium Carbohydrate Day – legs

8:00 am

  • 4 oz coffee
  • 1 Magnum Heat accelerated
  • 5 g Ultimate Nutrition BCAA powder

8:55 am – 65 minute walk & did abs

Meal 1 – 10:35 am

  • 4.5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 –1:00 pm

  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • 1 can tuna
  • 15 g Magnum Quattro
  • ½ stalk broccoli
  • 1.2 oz of oatmeal

2:20 pm – Pre-workout (30 g dextrose, 30 g Maltodextrin, 30 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules)

4:05 pm – Post-workout (30 g dextrose, 30 g Maltodextrin, 40 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)

Meal 3 – 5:10 pm

  • 10 oz chicken
  • 8 slices of Rye Rivata Bread

Meal 4 – 7:15 pm

  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

Meal 5 – 9:15 pm

  • 150 g dry cottage cheese
  • 1 can tuna
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Meal 6 – 12:03 am

  • 42 g Magnum Quattro
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
