Medium Carbohydrate Day – Arms + Calves

7:30 am

  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules
  • 4 oz of black coffee

8:15 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 8:15 am

  • 4.5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • ½ green apple
  • 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


9:40 am – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

10:15 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

11:40 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 2 – 12:30 am

  • 2 cups of brown rice
  • 9 oz chicken breast

Meal 3 – 2:30 pm

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 4 – 5:00 pm

  • 45 g Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps
  • 5 Almonds
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Meal 5 – 7:30 pm

  • 9 oz chicken
  • 3 Magnum Acid Caps
  • ½  stalk of broccoli

Meal 6 – 10:15 pm

  • 175 g plain yogurt
  • 22 g Magnum Quattro
  • 125 g dry cottage cheese
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
  • 9 g Magnum Performance Edge
  • 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
