8:15 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs
Meal 1 – 9:30 am
- 4.5 oz oatmeal
- 1 whole egg
- 10 oz of egg white
- ½ apple
- 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
11:30 am – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust capsules)
12:30 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)
2:10 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 37 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)
Meal 2 – 2:50 pm
- 16 oz red potato
- 9 oz chicken breast
Meal 3 – 5:05 pm
- 125 g plain natural yogurt
- 1.7 oz oatmeal

- 125 g dry cottage cheese
- 1 cup green beans
