Medium Carbohydrate Day – Back & Calves

8:30 am

  • 2 Magnum Heat Capsules

9:00 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs

Meal 1 – 10:20 am

  • 4.5 oz oatmeal
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10 oz of egg white
  • 175 g natural plain yogurt
  • ½ banana
  • 25 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C


Meal 2 –1:00 pm

  • 4 oz potato
  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

Meal 3 – 3:15 pm

  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ stalk of broccoli

5:00 pm – Pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)

5:40 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)

7:00 pm – Post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 39 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)

Meal 4 – 8:00 pm

  • 4 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 9 oz chicken breast
  • ½ tbsp of parmesan cheese

Meal 5 – 9:45 pm

  • 150 g dry cottage cheese
  • 25 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • ½  stalk of broccoli
  • 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
  • 4 Magnum Thrust capsules

Went to bed at 10:45…

Woke up (not sure what time) and had the following:

  • 45 g Magnum Quattro
  • 9 g Magnum Performance Edge
