- 10 oz of egg white
- ½ apple
- 20 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 2 –1:30 pm
- 1.7 oz oatmeal
- 10 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
3:30 pm – Pre-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules)
4:05 pm – During-workout (15 g dextrose, 15 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro)
5:20 pm – Post-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 36 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)
Meal 3 – 5:55 pm

- 2 cans tuna
Meal 4 – 8:15 pm
- 45 g Magnum Quattro
- 1 whole egg
- 10 almonds
- ½ stalk of broccoli
Meal 5 – 10:15 pm
- 9 oz steak (eye of round)
- ½ stalk of broccoli
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 6 – 12:10 am

- 125 g dry cottage cheese
- 9 g Magnum Performance Edge
- 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
