- 10 g Magnum G
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 2 – 1:30 pm
- 2.7 oz oatmeal
- 12 oz egg white
- 1 whole egg
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 3 – 4:25 pm
- 9 oz chicken breast
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 4 – 6:55 pm
- 52 g Quattro
- 1 whole egg
- 10 almonds
- ½ stalk broccoli
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 5 – 9:30 pm
- 10 oz salmon
- ½ stalk broccoli
11:15 pm – 4 Magnum Thrust Capsules
Meal 6 – 11:45 pm
- 150 g dry cottage cheese
- 30 Magnum Quattro
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
