- 4 Magnum Thrust (trying it for the first time)
- 2 Magnum Heat caps
- 4 oz of black coffee
7:45 am – I rode stationary bike for 45 minutes and then did abs
Meal 1 – 9:15 am
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- 1 whole egg
- 10 oz of egg white
- ½ banana
- 175 g plain low fat yogurt
- 30 g Magnum Quattro Protein Powder
- 5 g Magnum G
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 2 – 11:40 am
- 6 oz chicken
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup brown rice
- Hand full of spinach + ½ stalk of broccoli
Meal 3 – 2:30 pm
- 2 cans of tuna
- ½ stalk broccoli
- 3 Magnum Acid Caps
Meal 4 – 5:15 pm
- 45 g Quattro
- 1 whole egg
- 8 almonds
- ½ stalk broccoli
- 1 Magnum Loaded + 1 g Vit C
Meal 5 – 7:45 pm
- 10 oz chicken
- 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter
- 3 Magnum Acid Caps
Meal 6 – 9:45 pm
- 125 g dry cottage cheese
- 30 Magnum Quattro
- 3 Magnum Acid caps
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge
