- 1 cup brown rice

Meal 3 – 2:00 pm
- 10 oz chicken
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 4 – 4:30 pm

- 1 whole egg
- 9 almonds
- ½ stalk broccoli
Meal 5 – 7:30 pm
- 11 oz salmon
- ½ stalk broccoli
