- 9 oz egg whites
- ½ banana
Meal 3 – 1:05 pm
- 3.4 oz oatmeal
- 22 g Magnum Quattro
- ½ banana
- 175 g natural plain yogurt
2:30 pm – pre-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 20 g Magnum Quattro, 8 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C, 4 Magnum Thrust caps)
3:20 pm – During-workout (20 g dextrose, 20 g Maltodextrin, 10 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules)
4:30 pm – post-workout (25 g dextrose, 25 g Maltodextrin, 35 g Magnum Quattro, 4 Magnum DNA capsules, 4 Magnum Big C)
Meal 4 – 5:20 pm
- 2 cups of white rice
- 2 cups of Home-made chile from the gym (Cheat Meal)
Meal 5 – 7:35 pm

- ½ green apple
- 9 oz egg white

Meal 6 – 9:50 pm
- 2.2 oz oatmeal
- 25 g Magnum Quattro
- 175 g plain natural yogurt
- 1 Heaping scoop of Magnum Performance Edge

- 4 Magnum Thrust Caps
